How to Suspend/UnSuspend users using SMS Gateway Server? Print

To suspend or unsuspend a user in SMS Gateway Server, please use the following approach.

  • Go to User's profile in WHMCS and navigate to Product/Services.
  • Run the respective module command (Suspend or Unsuspend).

Please note that when you run the "Suspend" module command, the user is set as INACTIVE in SMS Gateway Server and remains INACTIVE unless Admin unsuspends.
