- After logging in to your Cpanel account you need to click on the FTP Accounts icon at the home page.
- On clicking the FTP Accounts icon, at the next page you may get the option Add FTP Account. You need to enter the desired user name in the Login field. Enter your desired password that must contain 8 characters and the password strength should be at least 40. It is recommended to use a strong password for security purpose. Then mention the folder name, for which you want to give access to the user. After that, click on Create FTP Account. Your account will be created.
- You can reset the password, quota and client settings any time by clicking on the buttons before the created user name.
